Janitorial Supervisor - Full-Time Evenings

Location: Norwalk, OH
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM

AQFS is looking for a dependable, motivated Janitorial Supervisor to lead our evening cleaning team. If you enjoy coaching others, solving problems, and taking pride in a job well done, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.

• Lead and support an evening cleaning team.
• Train, coach, and develop team members.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Help maintain outstanding customer satisfaction.
• Deliver supplies to job sites as needed.
• Communicate schedules, updates, and expectations to staff.
• Work closely with the Area Manager to keep operations running smoothly.

• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Detail-oriented and dependable.
• Ability to work independently and lead by example.
