American Excelsior Company is actively seeking a Rebaler Operator to join our 2nd Shift Erosion Control Division (ESD) team. Our Norwalk branch is expanding and looking to grow its team of valued production associates to run a brand new machine in our Erosion Control department.

• Prep and organize strings and other raw materials in work area
• Operate horizontal baler machines and associated waste conveyors
• Sweep and shovel straw waste into horizontal baler through use of waste conveyor
• Tie off, package, and palletize completed rebales
• Dispose of all scrap waste bale materials (string) and other trash into trash dumpster
• Clean/sweep straw chaff around horizontal baler and waste conveyor areas
• Participates in daily 5S cleaning procedures of production floor
• Other duties as assigned

• Ability to stand and walk on concrete floors for up to 10+ hour shift
• At least 18 years of age

• Starting wage is $19.05 per hour
• $1.50/hr shift premium = $20.55/hr for worked hours
