Twilight Gardens located in Norwalk, OH is looking for full-time Registered Nurses (RNs).
Responsibilities:- Observe and record patient behavior
- Perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests
- Collect patient health history
- Counsel and educate patients and their families on treatment plans
- Administer medication, change wound dressings, and provide other treatment care
- Read and interpret patient information, making treatment decisions when appropriate
- Consult with supervisors and doctors to decide on the best treatment plan for patients
- Improve healthcare processes and enhance patient outcomes
- A current, unencumbered, active Ohio RN license
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to pass a background check and pre‑employment drug screening
