Available Shifts- Full-Time and Part-Time Day Shift: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM
- Full-Time and Part
- Time Night Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
- Monitor residents' conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
- Accurately document care, treatments, and observations.
- Supervise and support STNAs while promoting quality resident care.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Current Ohio LPN license in good standing.
- Strong clinical assessment and nursing skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing outstanding resident care.
- Daily Pay options
