Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, meals, mobility, and daily activities

• Provide compassionate care that supports residents’ dignity and independence

• Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff

• Document care accurately and follow infection-control procedures

• Collaborate with the nursing team to meet residents’ needs

Qualifications:

• Active Ohio nurse aide certification and registry eligibility (CNA)

• Strong communication skills and a caring, resident-focused approach

• Dependability and a commitment to teamwork

• Long-term care experience preferred; new CNAs are welcome to apply
