Surge Staffing seeks a seasoned Quality Systems Manager to lead food safety, quality and regulatory programs at the Norwalk and Fremont facilities. This leadership role drives GFSI compliance, HACCP initiatives, audits, and continuous improvement across the site.
The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in food manufacturing, experience with SQF or BRC, strong knowledge of GMPs, and a proven ability to lead teams and implement corrective actions. A related bachelor's degree is preferred.
