KBW Financial Staffing is working with a client in Norwell, MA looking for a Sales Tax Consultant to join their team. This is a 6+ month contract position that will be on-site and is paying $40-45/hr depending on experience.
Responsibilities- Support Sales Tax audits
- Set up the Sales Tax audit engagement and document timelines/manage the process
- Compile and organize audit support documentation, including sales tax, fixed asset, and general ledger information provided by Tax and Accounting teams
- Key point of contact working directly with the states, local governments auditors and the tax/accounting team
- State and local tax
- Multi‑state/multi‑entity experience for sales tax
- Multi‑state Sales Tax auditing
- Excel
Compensation: $40-45/HR
