Key Responsibilities Coordinate and prioritize outsourced vehicle maintenance and repair work Review repair quotes, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and manage third‑party vendor relationships Track maintenance activity, timelines, and repair status and communicate updates to internal managers Create purchase orders and process invoices, reimbursements, and repair documentation Update asset and maintenance information within the asset management system Collect vendor bids, monitor warranties, and identify rework or denied repair scenarios Provide administrative support related to fleet operations and maintenance planning Candidate Qualifications 3+ years of experience in an administrative, corporate, account management, or customer support role Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with vendors, drivers, and internal teams Solid computer skills and ability to manage data, reports, and systems accurately Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment Fleet management or maintenance experience is a plus, but not required Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
