Front Office Coordinator

As the Front Office Coordinator, you will impact radius by greeting our guests with a positive in customer obsessed manner. Your responsibilities will also include answering, screening and directing calls with a sense of urgency and purposefulness. We are customer obsessed and our Front Office Coordinator must be able to have a clear understanding of our company and products and respond to our company and customer needs in a rapidly changing business environment.

Duties:

  • Utilize excellent communication and problem-solving skills on a daily basis.
  • Handle all conversations with tactfulness and diplomacy.
  • Maintain high energy, self-motivation and a sense of curiosity.
  • Embody radius' "customer obsessed" value with care and prioritization for customer needs.
  • Present yourself professionally through all email, phone, and face-to-face conversations.
  • Perform with a high attention to detail.
  • Perform front desk and administrative duties, including ordering office supplies, maintaining Fed Ex shipping materials, and processing inbound and outbound mail and deliveries.
  • All employees are responsible for being familiar with and able to recognize common fraud scenarios or outright instances of fraud and reporting any reasonably suspected fraud to his/her direct manager and the AML Officer.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service, reception, administrative, or front office experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Teams, and Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
  • Positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer service and teamwork
