Civil Construction Supervisor

About the Role

We are looking for a Civil Construction Supervisor to serve as the Owner's on-site civil lead for a large-scale combustion turbine project. You will oversee and verify all civil and underground utility construction activities to ensure agreement on Issued for Construction (IFC) drawings, project specifications, and applicable codes.

• Oversee and verify civil construction activities including mass concrete, foundations, excavation, rebar, and underground utilities, ensuring full compliance with drawings, specifications, and applicable codes.
• Enforce quality and inspection processes by managing ITPs, witnessing key construction and testing activities (concrete, soils, utilities), coordinating with contractors and third-party inspectors, and maintaining accurate documentation for turnover.
• Resolve issues by tracking non-conformances, escalating risks, ensuring corrective actions, and maintaining compliance with safety and environmental standards (including SWPPP).

• You have 7+ years of experience in heavy civil, industrial, or energy construction.
• You bring hands‑on experience with mass concrete, foundations, and underground utility installation.
• You can interpret construction drawings, specifications, and geotechnical reports.
• You understand QA/QC processes, inspection programs, and construction sequencing.
• Collaborate across contractors, engineers, and project teams while maintaining a focus on compliance.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $63.00/hour to $68.00/hour.
