Role: Veterinary Receptionist
Status: Full-time
Salary: $18 - $22 per hour
Schedule: 1-2 evening shifts, 1-2 day shifts, and rotating Saturdays.

What Our Veterinary Receptionists Do
- Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
- Provide outstanding customer service by phone, email, and in person
- Schedule appointments and help manage daily patient flow
- Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate client and medical information
- Communicate with clients regarding appointments, medications, follow‑up care, and patient needs
- Process payments and assist with financial transactions
- Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and support staff to provide exceptional patient care
- Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative tasks
- Help create a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Be a positive and supportive resource for clients, patients, and teammates
