Westinghouse is recruiting Junior Health Physics Technicians to work at different Nuclear Power Plants within the United States. Provide Radiation Protection coverage and oversight for power‑plant activities. In addition to providing job coverage, certain routine tasks may be assigned depending on individual certifications, qualifications, and skills.

• Provide Radiation Protection coverage and oversight as required for power‑plant activities.
• Perform routine tasks as determined by individual certifications, qualifications, and skills.
• Assist with radiation and contamination surveys.
• Assist with material and equipment surveys.
• Assist with material escort.
• Help with ALARA planning.
• Help with decontamination activities.
• Support Site Emergency Plan.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Workers must undergo training following applicable local, state, and federal OSHA, DOT, and EPA regulations.
• Satisfy all requirements to obtain a Level II Nuclear Access Badge.
• Meet all applicable requirements to maintain unescorted access.

Hourly pay range: $17 to $29 per hour, dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills.
