ResponsibilitiesLead several software development teams led by managers and senior managers to deliver innovative IT solutions that meet and exceed business user expectations.
Collaborate with offshore engineering teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
Drive the adoption of Agile practices and ensure the team delivers on time and within budget. Utilize metrics and data-driven decision-making.
Define and present product strategies, roadmaps, and performance metrics to leadership and stakeholders.
Partner with cross-functional teams, including architecture, cyber security, and other platform teams.
