Clean Harbor’s Project Management Office (PMO) is looking for an energetic, motivated, and dedicated Co-op with exceptional communication, analytic and writing skills to work alongside our PMO Team governing Information Technology (IT) related projects. You will be mentored, supervised and work closely with the PMO team to drive maturity in our processes, tools, and governance model.

Responsibilities
  • Execute comprehensive code management activities include data fix verification, release deployments and approvals.
  • Designing and developing interactive Power BI reports and dashboards to visualize data and communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Compile KPI metrics data and conduct an in-depth analysis to evaluate metrics across various teams and platforms.
  • Publish regular reports on KPI metrics performance and trends to senior leadership to support decision-making.
  • Developing and maintaining SOPs to optimize and streamline current business processes.
  • Gather and analyze sprint metrics for teams, presenting the data in graphical formats to enable platform teams review their performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyzing complex data sets using advanced Excel functions to provide actionable insights.
  • Proactively communicate with sponsors, project team, and all other relevant stakeholders for each assigned project task as directed by the PMO.
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at optimizing project management processes, workflows within the team, administrative and operational support task.
  • Hands-on role provides a unique opportunity to work on strategic projects, build your project management skills, and gain valuable industry knowledge from leaders.
Qualifications
  • Knowledge of project management strategies, processes, and tools.
  • Strong program coordination and administration abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to actively listen, communicate in ways that foster trust and show flexibility.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment under deadline pressures.
  • Ability to manage own workload independently, multi-task, and prioritize effectively.
