Manager, Supply Chain​/Logistics

Sager Electronics seeks a Manager to lead day-to-day operations within our wholesale electronic components business. In this role, you will supervise a small customer service/inside sales team, oversee order processing and inventory coordination, and ensure accurate pricing and documentation in our CRM/ERP systems. You will collaborate closely with suppliers, supply chain, and logistics to meet OEM and industrial customer requirements, track performance metrics, resolve escalated issues, and drive continuous process improvements in a customer-focused, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for electronic component distribution
• Manage and coach a small customer service/inside sales team
• Oversee order processing, pricing, and inventory coordination
• Partner with suppliers and internal teams to meet customer needs
• Monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and implement process improvements
• Ensure accurate documentation, quotes, and contract compliance
• Support key OEM and industrial accounts with issue resolution
• Collaborate with supply chain and logistics on delivery performance
• Maintain CRM and ERP data quality for reporting and planning
• Contribute to continuous improvement and customer-focused initiatives
