Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic direction for multiple software development teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
  • Drive innovation through AI:
    Lead initiatives to design and deliver AI‑embedded products that enhance user experiences, improve operational efficiency, and create competitive differentiation.
  • Mentor and develop engineering leaders (managers, product owners) to build high‑performing, autonomous teams that deliver scalable, secure, and high‑quality products.
  • Champion Agile and Dev Ops maturity across teams by setting clear objectives, promoting continuous improvement, and leveraging data‑driven insights for decision‑making.
  • Define and track engineering KPIs such as velocity, cycle time, defect density, deployment frequency, and system reliability to measure performance and drive accountability.
  • Own the product engineering vision and roadmap, presenting progress and outcomes to executive leadership while influencing long‑term technology strategy.
  • Drive cross‑functional collaboration with architecture, cybersecurity, and platform teams to ensure cohesive technical solutions and adherence to enterprise standards.
  • Establish governance and quality frameworks for software delivery, including performance metrics, risk management, and compliance with security best practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field.
  • 15+ Years of product development experience with at least 5-7 years in a product engineering leadership role managing product engineering teams.
  • Proven expertise in Agile delivery models and a proficiency in software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Agile Certified Professional (Required)
  • Certified Scrum Master (Required)
  • Certified Agile Leadership
  • Proficient in technologies/frameworks such as Azure, .Net, , Dev Ops, Dev Sec Ops , API, Data Ops, OpenAI, Angular, Event‑Driven architecture, etc.
  • Proficient in Dev Ops tooling such as Jira, Aha, Confluence, Sonar Qube, Git Hub, Test Management tools such as Browser Stack, and security scanning tools such as Burp Suite Pro, Git Hub Advanced Security and Now Secure.
