South Shore Medical Center is seeking an Interim Director of Ambulatory Nursing Operations to provide critical leadership across ambulatory sites in the Norwell area. This role will mentor nurse supervisors, drive operational accountability, and stabilize leadership during a temporary absence, for an anticipated 3–6 months.
The leader will work with the ACNO to improve workforce management, consistency, and department performance while supporting approximately 135 staff across multiple sites.
