Supply Planner

Clean Harbors is looking for a Supply Planner to join their safety conscious team. The Supply Planner creates a daily production plan and rolling seven‑day schedule for engine oil blending, hydraulic blending, and loading of all finished products. They operate as the primary point of contact for Customer Service and Transportation teams for reconciling changes in customer orders or transportation availability with production capacity, and coordinate with Refinery Operations and Maintenance teams to schedule shipment of by‑products.

• Create a daily production plan and rolling 7‑day schedule for engine oil blending, hydraulic blending, and loading of all finished products.
• Be the primary point of contact for Customer Service and Transportation teams for reconciling changes in customer orders or transportation availability with production capacity.
• Coordinate with Operations and Maintenance teams to schedule shipment of waste (bio sludge, spent catalyst, and hazardous‑non‑hazardous drums) once containers are properly staged and labeled.
• Verify completion of required paperwork for finished product and waste shipments.
• Approve or reject orders in the Order Management Application.
• Schedule receipt of additives.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 3+ years of experience working in a similar role.
• Highly organized.
• Problem solver.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Effective time management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Understands operational constraints.
