Snow and Jones, Inc. | Norwell, MA$22–$28 per hour, depending on experience
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Only 1 Saturday per Month | 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
No Saturday Hours During the Summer

Snow and Jones, Inc. is looking for a Counter Sales Associate to join our Norwell, MA team. In this role, you'll work directly with contractors, homeowners, and business customers to help them select and purchase plumbing, HVAC, heating, and well & water products
.

This is a great opportunity for someone with customer service, counter sales, inside sales, retail, wholesale, plumbing, HVAC, or construction experience
. Industry experience is helpful, but we're willing to train the right person who has strong customer service skills and a desire to learn.

• Assist customers in person and over the phone with product selection, pricing, quotes, and orders
• Recommend products and solutions based on customer needs
• Build strong relationships with contractors, homeowners, and business customers
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Pull, verify, and prepare orders
• Answer product questions and provide knowledgeable customer service
• Work with Branch Management, Outside Sales, the warehouse, and manufacturers to meet customer needs
• Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales counter
• Learn new products and industry information through ongoing training
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Customer service, counter sales, inside sales, retail, or wholesale experience preferred
• Plumbing, HVAC, heating, construction, building materials, or mechanical product knowledge is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Dependable and motivated with a willingness to learn
• Comfortable working in a team environment
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed

• $22–$28 per hour
