Location: Norwell, MA
Pay: $18–$22/hour DOE
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

We're looking for a dependable, motivated Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our Warehouse team in Norwell. If you enjoy staying active, working in a team environment, and making sure customers receive the right products on time, this is an excellent opportunity to build a long‑term career.

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll help keep our warehouse running efficiently by receiving inventory, preparing customer orders, and supporting daily shipping and receiving operations.

• Load and unload incoming shipments, transfers, and delivery trucks
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory
• Organize inventory and stock warehouse shelves
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies or damaged materials
• Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures
• Work closely with warehouse and branch staff to support daily operations
• Participate in ongoing training and continuous improvement initiatives

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
• Strong work ethic with dependable attendance
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced warehouse environment

• Previous experience in warehouse, shipping & receiving, distribution, order fulfillment, or material handling
• Experience operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if applicable)
• Basic math skills for inventory counts and order verification
