This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Business Development position located in Norwich, CT. The individual in this role will focus on building beneficial relationships with potential clients, conducting market research, identifying growth opportunities, and generating leads. Responsibilities include meeting with potential clients, maintaining effective communication, and collaborating closely with teams to achieve organizational goals. A key part of the role is ensuring exceptional customer service while helping expand the company’s outreach and presence in the community.
Qualifications- Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Market Research to identify industry trends and opportunities.
- Proven Communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain professional relationships effectively.
- Expertise in Lead Generation and understanding of strategies to acquire and nurture potential clients.
- Commitment to providing excellent Customer Service and building long-lasting customer satisfaction.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving sales targets.
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and related software is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
