This is a full-time on site float position role for a Customer Solutions Specialist, located in Norwich, CT. The primary responsibilities include assisting customers with their financial needs, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting the Bank’s products and services. Daily tasks also involve processing transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service. The Specialist will collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications- Customer service and communication skills to assist and engage effectively with clients
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to address customer inquiries and issues
- Knowledge of banking operations, financial products, and regulatory compliance
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate transaction records and follow processes
- Proficiency with computer systems and financial software is preferred
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
- Previous retail banking, cash handling, or financial services experience is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications beneficial
