This is a permanent position.
Opportunity Details:
Full-time leadership role overseeing Adult Medicine within a large outpatient primary care group
Adult patient population only Outpatient-based practice
Clinical / administrative split of 60% clinical and 40% administrative
Flexibility to move to a 50% clinical / 50% administrative model for the right candidate
Long-term succession planning opportunity with transition into Chief Medical Officer (CMO) role Serve a regional patient base of approximately 300,000 individuals
Clinical & Leadership Scope:
Provide outpatient primary care to adult patients
Lead and support clinical providers and care teams
Participate in strategic planning, quality initiatives, and operational leadership
Collaborate with executive leadership on program development and growth

Outpatient primary medical care Outpatient behavioral health services
Community-based behavioral health services
Women's health services
Dental services
Community health services
Eldercare services
Requirements:
MD or DOBoard Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing as a Primary Care Physician Strong interest in leadership and medical administration
Eligible for Connecticut medical licensure
