About the Role
We are seeking a Math Interventionist to provide targeted support to students in grades 4-8. This position focuses on strengthening foundational math skills through small-group and one-on-one instruction. Small groups will include no more than 8 students. You will work closely with another math interventionist and collaborate with classroom teachers to help students grow in confidence and achievement.

Responsibilities
* Provide math intervention instruction to students in grades 4-8 in small-group and individual settings.
* Use assessment data and teacher input to identify learning needs and plan targeted lessons.
* Deliver engaging, standards-aligned instruction that supports core math concepts and problem-solving skills.
* Collaborate with the second math interventionist to plan, review progress, and adjust interventions.
* Communicate regularly with classroom teachers to coordinate student support.
* Create a positive, supportive learning environment that encourages student growth.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field (required).
* Valid teaching certification (preferred)
* Experience working with upper-elementary or middle-school students.
* Knowledge of effective math instruction and intervention strategies.
* Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
