About This Role

Our ideal candidate will join a dynamic team of educators dedicated to providing exceptional care and education to children. As an Afternoon Classroom Teacher, you will support the Lead Teacher and Director in creating a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment that fosters growth and development. You will work closely with families to build positive relationships and stay informed about children's progress and interests.

Key responsibilities include implementing engaging activities, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the overall well‑being of our children. If you are passionate about early childhood education and possess excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

• Supervise children during structured activities and ensure they adhere to hygiene and safety standards
• Maintain accurate records, forms, and files
• Develop and implement developmentally appropriate activities based on children's interests and needs
• Communicate effectively with families through informal discussions and regular updates
• Lead by example, modeling professionalism and coaching the teaching team for success
• Closing the center, cleaning classrooms, and restocking supplies
• Maintain a healthy and organized classroom environment
• Ensure all center policies and state regulations are met
