Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and Active Registered Nursing License
- Education Employment Verification – Act 16-67
- State/FBI Criminal History Clearance
- Department of Children and Families Child Abuse and Neglect Registry Record Clearance
- Active CT RN License, CPR
