Role Description

We are seeking a Quality Engineer II for a full-time, on-site position in Norwich, CT. The Quality Engineer II will be responsible for implementing and monitoring quality management systems to ensure product and process compliance with established standards. Key duties include conducting quality assurance testing, analyzing and resolving quality issues, developing and maintaining quality documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement.

The role will also involve performing supplier and product reviews and providing technical guidance to drive consistent quality in production processes.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Quality Engineering and Quality Assurance processes
  • Experience in Quality Control and Product Quality monitoring
  • Knowledge and application of Quality Management principles and practices
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with industry-specific quality standards and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
