Company Overview

Join a world-class team of chemical engineers, operators, and technical professionals dedicated to advancing safe, efficient, and innovative manufacturing processes. As a Process Engineer, you'll work at the intersection of Production, Engineering, and R&D - bringing strong analytical skills, engineering fundamentals, and hands-on problem solving to support high-quality chemical manufacturing.

Benefits: Nalas provides a 6% company-matched 401(k) fully vested on day one, a $0-deductible health insurance plan, and more! Additional wellness, dental, and vision options are available to support employees and their families.

Scope: At Nalas, Process Engineers have significant opportunities to broaden their impact as they gain experience. As your technical and operational skills deepen, you may advance into senior engineering roles, lead process improvement initiatives, or move into leadership positions within Manufacturing.

In this role, you'll contribute directly to process design, optimization, equipment operation, and troubleshooting across both batch and continuous operations. You'll apply principles such as material and energy balances, kinetics, mixing, and heat transfer while maintaining strict adherence to EHS and Process Safety Management requirements. Your work will support safe scale-up, reliable production campaigns, and high-integrity documentation practices that drive consistency and improvement.

Whether you're early in your engineering career or bring seasoned manufacturing experience, you'll have opportunities to influence process performance, equipment configuration, operational efficiency, and production safety. Candidates with additional expertise in SCADA/LabVIEW control systems, start-up of new chemical processes, P&IDs, process safety reviews, or SOP/batch record authorship will find even more ways to make an impact.
