Shift Detail:
Per diem position to work days, evenings, or nights as needed.

Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), the Mental Health Worker will assist in the delivery of care to patients and their families. The Mental Health Worker fulfills these duties to contribute to the continuity and quality of care that fosters the best interest and well-being of the patient and family.

This is a per diem position, to work as needed on any of our shifts, days, evenings, nights, weekends.

• High School diploma or equivalent is required; advanced degree preferred.
• Two (2) years direct experience in a psychiatric setting or in human services field preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire;
  Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) certification within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to read and understand oral and written instructions, and effectively communicate information in English.
• Basic computer skills (including opening/reading email, basic internet use).
