Position: Patient Care Technician (PCT) - ED Behavioral Health

Direct Patient Care including ADLs and supporting patients across age groups;
Clinical

Skills:

Venipuncture, specimen collection, point-of-care testing as required;
Behavioral Health Support: CPI techniques including verbal de-escalation, therapeutic engagement, nonphysical interventions;
Provide ongoing patient observation including 1:1 safety checks and continuous monitoring for high-risk patients;
Safety & Team

Collaboration:

collaborate with nurses, providers, social workers, and security; participate in rapid response per unit protocols
