Live In Residential Manager – Brain Injury Waiver Program
Must be able to obtain ILST, have reliable transportation, and be comfortable with hands‑on/personal care.
Responsibilities- Support the physical and emotional well‑being of assigned brain injury waiver client(s).
- Provide transportation to and from vocational settings and all medical appointments.
- Assist with meal preparation and home financial management.
- Maintain a safe, clean home environment and provide medication reminders.
- Report any changes in the client’s condition promptly.
- Fulfill 24/7 accountability with limited daily hours off shift.
- Private room and weekly food stipend provided.
- Receive medical benefits and paid time off as part of the compensation package.
- Excellent communication.

- Ability to work as a team.
- Can‑do attitude.
- Desire to improve the quality of life for a person with disabilities.
- Experience working with disabled individuals preferred.
- High school education (or GED).
- Reliable transportation.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must be at least 18 years or older.
- Personal cell phone.
Annual compensation starting at $56,000.00. Includes medical benefits and paid time off.
