Live In Residential Manager – Brain Injury Waiver Program

Must be able to obtain ILST, have reliable transportation, and be comfortable with hands‑on/personal care.

• Support the physical and emotional well‑being of assigned brain injury waiver client(s).
• Provide transportation to and from vocational settings and all medical appointments.
• Assist with meal preparation and home financial management.
• Maintain a safe, clean home environment and provide medication reminders.
• Report any changes in the client’s condition promptly.
• Fulfill 24/7 accountability with limited daily hours off shift.
• Private room and weekly food stipend provided.
• Receive medical benefits and paid time off as part of the compensation package.

Annual compensation starting at $56,000.00. Includes medical benefits and paid time off.
