-has one (1) full-time 1st shift job opportunities for Developmental Services Supervisor Of Case Management, located in the Individual, Family, and Self-Determination Division based in Norwich, CT.
- LOCATION:
Norwich, CT - SCHEDULE:
Full-time (80 hours/biweekly), Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m.
- 4:30 p.m. - However, work schedule flexibility is required in order to meet the demands of the job.
- Consistent travel between DDS locations on site and across the state that may need to be done at short notice.

Supervises 10 or more DS Case Managers in the Norwich and Wallingford Offices.
Caseload- Over 300 individuals
- Living within their communities independently and/or within their family homes.
- Need support behaviorally, residentially, medically, and with assistive technology.
- Engaged in DDS funding day/employment supports and/or residential supports.
Individuals on all DDS Home and Community Based Waivers.
