Responsibilities

The HR Business Partner implements workforce and organizational strategies in alignment with business needs, focusing on tactical execution and program delivery. The HR Business Partner acts as a trusted advisor to business leaders, leveraging strong business acumen and HR expertise to drive organizational performance, employee engagement, and talent development. While collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver HR solutions that support key business objectives, improve workforce effectiveness, and promote a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Partner with key stakeholders and business leaders as a trusted consultant on organizational design & effectiveness, human capital strategies, and change management to shape talent initiatives that align with business priorities and drive measurable results.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to uncover trends and root causes, transforming insights into clear business narratives through storytelling. Design and implement practical solutions to mitigate risks or capture opportunities, and measure outcomes to ensure sustainable impact.
  • Support workforce planning, succession reviews, and mobility initiatives; track talent pipelines and collaborate with Talent Acquisition and external partners (schools, community, internships) to meet future talent needs.
  • Coach and support leaders through performance management and the annual merit process, ensuring alignment with talent development and retention goals. Serve as a trusted resource in collaboration with the Compensation team for leaders on job descriptions, compensation decisions and offers, balancing competitiveness with organizational equity and total rewards strategies.
  • Collaborate with L&OD to deliver new leader onboarding, training, coaching and development opportunities that strengthen leadership capability.
Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree required

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources required
  • Experience in healthcare or related industry preferred
