IT Systems Technician Uline Inc., a leading North American distributor, seeks an IT Systems Technician to keep our fast-paced distribution operations running smoothly. In this on-site role, you'll install, configure and support desktops, printers, mobile devices and warehouse technology while troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues. You'll monitor system performance, manage user accounts, document solutions and assist with upgrades and deployments.

Responsibilities
- Install, configure and support desktops, laptops, printers and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and network connectivity issues
- Monitor system performance and resolve incidents within defined SLAs
- Support warehouse and distribution center technology, including scanners and label printers
- Maintain user accounts, permissions and asset inventory
- Assist with system upgrades, patches and deployments
- Document procedures, configurations and solutions in ticketing tools
- Collaborate with IT teams to improve reliability and security
- Provide on-site and occasional after-hours support as needed
Required Skills
