Norwichtown Rehabilitation and Care Center (NRCC) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Maintenance to join our leadership team! As a Director of Maintenance
, you will be responsible for:

• Managing all building maintenance and repair activities
• Supervising maintenance department staff
• Ensuring compliance with Life Safety Code requirements
• Coordinating inspections, testing, and preventative maintenance schedules
• Managing outside contractors and vendors
• Maintaining facility grounds and equipment
• Participating in emergency preparedness and on-call coverage as needed

• Previous maintenance leadership experience required
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or healthcare setting preferred
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safety systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and lead a team
