Job Duties and Responsibilities
*** Oversees daily operations of the production team, facility teams and planner, promoting a strong safety culture through the
* Journey to Zero
* program.
* Manages labor and resources to meet daily production goals and quality standards while controlling costs.
* Demonstrates strong talent management ability, hires, coaches, and develops team members to build engagement and high-performing teams.
* Promotes continuous improvement culture by holding regular team meetings to address challenges and implement solutions.
* Plans and implements improvement projects to boost customer satisfaction, manufacturing efficiency, and profitability.
* Supports financial goals by working with direct reports and the Operations Director on budgeting, capital planning,  cost analysis opportunities, and manufacturing productivity for assigned product lines.
* Enhances customer satisfaction through strong collaboration with support functions and customer service.
* Able to quickly identify and correct flow issues within responsible manufacturing site.  Leading continuous improvement projects resulting in through-put improvements, shorter lead times, cost reductions and productivity gains across all assembly product lines.
* Encourages owner mindset accountability by enforcing standardized work and safety compliance.

** Education and Experience Requirements
*** Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Technology, Business, Engineering or other related field required.
* Minimum of 5 - 7 years of professional experience in a manufacturing or operations leadership role is required
* Proficiency in all MS Office applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.
* Experience with an ERP platform(SAP) strongly preferred.
* Experience with injection molding automated assembly equipment and manual product assembly is preferred.
* Experience working in a Lean Manufacturing or ISO Certified company preferred
