Job Summary

Norwichtown is seeking a dedicated and skilled Infection Control Wound RN to join our team at our facility in Norwich, Connecticut. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, implementing infection control measures, and promoting a culture of excellence. This is a full‑time position for individuals who are passionate about delivering high‑quality care and making a positive impact on patients’ lives.

• Patient Care:
  Provide direct patient care, administer medications, and perform treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Infection Control:
  Develop and implement infection control protocols to prevent the spread of infections and promote a safe environment for patients and staff.
• Wound Care:
  Assess, treat, and manage wounds in patients, including selecting and applying wound care products, performing debridement, and educating patients on wound care techniques.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of patient care.

Current RN licensure in the state of Connecticut, with valid certification in wound care and infection control.
