LPN Charge Nurse

Starting at $34–$39 per hour, plus evening, night, and weekend shift differentials.

• Full‑Time and Part‑Time available
• Per Diem

The LPN Charge Nurse plays a pivotal role in planning, executing, and overseeing nursing services for assigned residents. This includes adhering to quality care standards, facility policies, legal requirements, medical practices, and physician instructions.

• Efficiently plans and provides professional care while aligning with the needs of residents and the changing medical landscape.
• Maintains professionalism in interactions with residents, physicians, families, peers, and support staff.
• Documents crucial information related to resident care accurately and comprehensively.
• Administers prescribed medications and oversees accurate record‑keeping in line with facility policies.

• Valid state LPN nursing license in good standing (or in the process of becoming a registered nurse).
• In‑depth knowledge of nursing practices, medical procedures, and long‑term care regulations.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Collaborative team player with previous experience in long‑term care preferred.

All LPN positions require a weekend on‑call rotation to support both staff and residents. Compensation details are available upon inquiry. Per diem staff are expected to fulfill two weekend shifts monthly.
