Scope:

At Nalas, Quality Control professionals have opportunities to expand their scope of responsibility. Depending on how your skills evolve, you may advance into senior QC roles or move into leadership positions within the Quality team.

This position requires access to ITAR-controlled technical data and/or EAR-controlled technology. The hiring process for this position will therefore include an export compliance assessment, which will include an assessment of U.S. person status.

U.S. persons are defined by 22 CFR 120.62 and 15 CFR 772.1 to include U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, and people with asylee or refugee status.

Qualifications (Must Have):
  • Bachelor’s degree in a science field and 3+ years of relevant experience,
    -or-
  • MS/PhD with at least 1 year of experience
  • Proficiency in Karl Fischer and potentiometric titrations
  • Hands-on experience with HPLC and GC
  • Strong balance skills and accurate weighing techniques
  • Solid documentation practices using lab notebooks, eLN, or LIMS
  • Ability to follow established procedures and test routine samples with precision
Desirable

Qualifications:
  • Experience with Agilent or Thermo chromatography software
  • Raw material and finished product release testing
  • Ion chromatography
  • HPLC or GC method development
  • Ability to author SOPs, methods, and reports
  • Production support experience
  • GMP or ISO environment experience
