Compensation

Hourly Wage: $22 - $35 per hour

Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may range from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Seasonal associates are responsible for moving the majority of seasonal merchandise throughout the store. When major holidays occur, associates must be prepared and demonstrate product knowledge, problem‑solving, and merchandise skills.
