We are seeking to add a bilingual automotive sales representative to our growing team. This position is ideal for career-minded individuals looking for a long-term opportunity within a family-owned dealership that values professionalism, performance, and people.
Our compensation structure is competitive and designed to reward effort and results. Prior automotive sales experience is preferred; however, we will consider motivated candidates from other sales backgrounds and are willing to train the right individual.

Qualified Candidates Should PossessFluency in English and Spanish (required)
1–3 years of automotive sales or general sales experience preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional appearance and attention to detail
Solutions-based mindset
Willingness and ability to follow a proven sales process
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history
Team-oriented, career-focused attitude
