Senior Account Manager – Commercial Lines

Hybrid work schedule.

• Review and analyze commercial accounts for coverage, limits, and recommend appropriate options.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure service needs are met.
• Grow new business from existing accounts and leads to meet departmental production goals.
• Gather client information and prepare applications for submission to the Marketing Department regarding new or renewal coverage.
• Prepare client proposals based on needs, rates and coverages.
• Execute all transactions for assigned accounts (applications, certificates of insurance, invoices, forms).
• Maintain accurate data in the agency management system.
• Manage premium collections as required.
• Conduct business with understanding of business and earnings implications of the company.
• Stay informed of industry changes and trends to anticipate profit objectives.
• Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by manager.

• Five years of experience in commercial insurance.
• Thorough knowledge of commercial lines coverages and markets.
• Producer’s license.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Customer‑focused mindset.

Expected salary range: $72,000 to $128,000 annually, affected by skill, experience, location, and business line.

5-7 years of relevant experience.
