Senior Account Manager – Commercial Lines
Hybrid work schedule.
Responsibilities- Review and analyze commercial accounts for coverage, limits, and recommend appropriate options.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure service needs are met.
- Grow new business from existing accounts and leads to meet departmental production goals.
- Gather client information and prepare applications for submission to the Marketing Department regarding new or renewal coverage.
- Prepare client proposals based on needs, rates and coverages.
- Execute all transactions for assigned accounts (applications, certificates of insurance, invoices, forms).
- Maintain accurate data in the agency management system.
- Manage premium collections as required.
- Conduct business with understanding of business and earnings implications of the company.
- Stay informed of industry changes and trends to anticipate profit objectives.
- Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by manager.
- Five years of experience in commercial insurance.
- Thorough knowledge of commercial lines coverages and markets.
- Producer’s license.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Customer‑focused mindset.
Expected salary range: $72,000 to $128,000 annually, affected by skill, experience, location, and business line.

Required Experience & Travel5-7 years of relevant experience.

High school or equivalent required.
