Provides routine and ad-hoc installation, service and consultation on all beverage equipment, including bar guns, juice machines, fountain heads, coffee machines, espresso units, bubblers, smoothie and soft serve equipment. Works closely with sales for onsite surveys and record keeping, including contracts, work orders and service logs. Additionally, the technician performs preventative maintenance on equipment in the field as well as on-call rotation with other technicians to properly install, maintain and service equipment.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm. On Call Every 3rd Weekend. This position will service CT, RI, Western MA and the Cape area.
Hourly Pay: $30/hour. Weekly Pay.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities- Install new and replacement beverage equipment for new and existing customers
- Provide routine and ad-hoc maintenance, repair, cleaning and sanitation of beverage equipment for assigned customers
- Maintain an adequate inventory of all beverage equipment parts – responsible for tracking, maintaining and ordering inventory
- Partner with customer and sales associate to ensure USF products are being utilized in beverage equipment

- The associate in this role is expected to perform assigned responsibilities inside a US Foods office-based environment.
- Two years of experience installing and servicing commercial beverage equipment
- Working knowledge of electricity
- Working knowledge of plumbing
- Working knowledge of refrigeration systems
- Demonstrated mechanical skills
- Ability to operate effectively/efficiently in a fast-paced, unsupervised environment
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (i.e. forklift, pallet jack, cherry picker, etc.)
- Must have good driving record
- High School Diploma or GED
- Requires the ability to lift a minimum of 60 lbs.
- Must stand continuously, walk continuously, and drive vehicle continuously.
- Muster sit occasionally.
- Lift 1-10 lbs continuously, 11-20 lbs continuously, 21-50 lbs frequently, 51-100 lbs frequently, over 100 lbs occasionally.
- Carry 1-10 lbs continuously, 11-20 lbs continuously, 21-50 lbs frequently, 51-100 lbs frequently, over 100 lbs occasionally.
- Push/Pull occasionally; climb/balance occasionally; stoop/squat occasionally; kneel occasionally; bend occasionally; reach above shoulder occasionally; twist occasionally.
- Grasp objects continuously, manipulate objects continuously, and maintain manual dexterity continuously.
