Carpenter's Helper

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and adaptable Carpenter's Helper to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you will work alongside experienced craftsmen, supporting daily custom woodworking and installation projects. We are looking for someone with high-performance grit who is eager to learn, takes direction well, and thrives in a hands-on, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Include
  • Assist lead carpenters with daily tasks, prep work, assembly, and site cleanup.
  • Safely lift, carry, and maneuver heavy furniture pieces and material components throughout the shift.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Follow precise directions and safety guidelines while learning trade-specific techniques.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure daily project goals are met efficiently.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Punctuality:
    Strict 5:00 AM start time—reliability is non-negotiable.
  • Availability:
    Flexible end time, typically working 8.5 to 9.5 hours daily (Monday–Friday).
  • Physical Stamina:
    Capable of constantly lifting heavy pieces throughout the day.
  • Transportation:
    Reliable transportation to ensure consistent and timely attendance.
  • Mindset:
    Adaptable, moldable, and eager to learn new skills.
  • Soft Skills:

    Strong teamwork drive and clear, effective communication skills.
  • Experience:

    A background in furniture or woodworking is preferred, but not required.
