Job Overview
Position:
Engagement Specialist – Norwich, CT 06360.
Schedule:
First shift, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week. Salary: $22.00 per hour.
Program:
Center for Behavioral Health.
- Provide risk/need assessments.
- Act as clinical care coordinator.
- Serve as case manager.
- Liaise with probation, court support services, bail, and court systems.
- Liaise with treatment providers and community resources.
- Assist with enrolling clients in entitlement benefits.
- Facilitate client engagement and retention in clinical services.
- Perform data entry tasks.
- Collaborate with medical, treatment, employment, housing, and educational resources on behalf of clients.
- Associate’s Degree with 2+ years related experience, or Bachelor’s Degree with no experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Regular and predictable attendance required.
- Bilingual/Spanish speaking preferred.
New hires will attend mandatory New Hire Orientation upon hire.
