Receiving Lead
Job OverviewThe Receiving Lead is responsible for real‑time analysis, coordination, and balance of Receiving Operations, including allocation of tasks to other team members. The role also includes recording and reporting of inbound deliveries, providing support in reporting, researching, and resolving issues that occur in the interface between host system and WMS in a timely manner.
The Receiving Lead ensures all tasks are completed accurately and on time and provides administrative support for the Receiving Managers.
Other duties include supporting put‑away and unloading operations as needed, working under the direct supervision of the DC Receiving Managers, following standard policies and procedures with the opportunity for unreviewed decision‑making, and performing all other duties as assigned.

- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, SAP, and Red Prairie
- Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize trends or patterns in productivity data
- Ability to communicate proactively and effectively, including comprehending and communicating detailed instructions, reading and writing, and knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures as required by the position
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of warehouse experience, including leadership experience in a warehouse environment
- Skilled at multi‑tasking and managing competing priorities
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, SAP, and Red Prairie
- Detail‑oriented and accurate
- Demonstrated ability to quickly recognize and diagnose trends and patterns in productivity data
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as determined by departmental needs
- Must be at least 18 years old
Must be able to sit, walk, stand, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, twist, push, pull, climb, balance, crouch, and handle or move items weighing up to 50lbs without assistance; move objects up to 250lbs with or without reasonable accommodations.
Standing and walking continuously to perform job functions. Standing, walking, lifting, and arranging product: 90% of the time. Sitting: 5%. Desk or phone work: 5%.
CompensationHourly pay starting at $21.00 – $24.00 per hour, based on experience.
