Order Picker

In this fast-paced, performance-driven role, you will accurately pick, pack and stage customer orders using pick lists or RF scanners, helping ensure on-time, error-free shipments. Responsibilities include verifying product numbers and quantities, operating basic warehouse equipment, replenishing stock and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack and stage customer orders using pick lists or RF scanners
• Verify product numbers, quantities and packaging against order requirements
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely
• Stack, wrap and label pallets for shipment according to standards
• Replenish stock locations and maintain organized warehouse aisles
• Perform quality checks to minimize shipping errors and returns
• Meet or exceed daily productivity and accuracy goals
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, hazard-free work area
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed
• Collaborate with warehouse leads and team members to meet shipping deadlines
