Hospitality Manager Brooke, Norfolk £32,000 per year | Permanent | Day shifts Are you an experienced Hospitality Manager with a background in care homes or hotels? This is a hands-on role where your people skills and operational knowledge will make a real difference. You will oversee catering, housekeeping, activities and maintenance within a supportive team environment.

About the role As Hospitality Manager, you will coordinate all aspects of hospitality services to ensure residents receive an outstanding daily experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading food service operations, working closely with chefs to deliver nutritious, high-quality meals Creating and delivering engaging activities programmes that promote wellbeing and social interaction Overseeing housekeeping standards to maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment Managing maintenance issues promptly to keep the home in excellent condition Building strong relationships with residents, families and colleagues to support a community feel Monitoring budgets and controlling costs while maintaining service quality This Hospitality Manager position is active and people-focused, ideal for someone who enjoys being visible and involved rather than desk-based.

Skills and experience To succeed as a Hospitality Manager, you will bring:
