COREcruitment is seeking a Kitchen Manager for a busy venue in Royal Victoria Dock, London. This role requires a calm and organised leader with strong people skills, capable of managing high-volume service without a fine dining approach.
The successful candidate will work closely with the General Manager, ensuring food quality and team performance while planning around the ExCeL event calendar.
The package includes a competitive salary of £40,000 to £45,000, tronc, 28 days holiday, meals on duty, and training support.
