Supporting the front of house team in the co-ordination and sales of the guest experience from initial reservation through to arrival and everythin g in-between! Dealing with all direct and third-party guest requests as well as completing daily checks on all reservations, identifying any potential upsell-ing opportunit ies.

Dunston Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is located in Norwich and is 4*, 166-bedroom property. Our hotel has beautiful garden views with an 18-hole golf course and the dining options include the Brasserie restaurant, Bunkers bar and a terrace bar, and we offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meetings and event spaces. The leisure facilities include a gym, pool, sauna, steam room, and a relaxing Elemis spa.
